Since 1935, our family owned business has been roasting nuts in our factory located in the west side of Cleveland. We specialize in custom small batch roasting and processing of nuts.

Whether its buttered pecans to go in ice cream, mixed chopped nuts for a sundae or peanut butter for cookie dough, we strive to provide the customer with the best quality at the fairest price!

Our line includes deluxe mixes, chopped nuts, custom nut blends, buttered almonds and pecans, and ground (nut butters). While the majority of our business involves producing nuts primarily for ice cream companies, chocolatiers, candy makers and restaurants, we also offer retail items to customers locally and nationally.
